Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, pricing, work, warranties and customer service. If you have a problem with work on your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.
Please still let us know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and a provider that repeatedly falls short of our expectations may be removed from it. Keep in mind that Compareparticipation Roofing cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Then we review what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Afterward, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to look again. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed providers, your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help too.
